POST TITLE:             Lettings Officer (2 posts)

GRADE:                     D (SCP 11 – 13) £15,507 to £16,510 pro-rata

                                   Actual salary: £8,801 to £9,370

REPORTS TO:          Site Manager

MAIN PURPOSE:     To provide a customer service role for out-of-hours use of the Academy site

Contracted Hours:   21 Hours per week / Full year working FIXED TERM TO 31st JULY 2018

Working Pattern:     Week 1: Mon-Wed 14:30-22:00

                                   Week 2: Thurs-Fri: 14:30-22:00 Sat: 08:00-15:30
