Congratulations to Penny Tetlow for winning the Young Creatives Years 7-9 competition. Penny’s work portrays a camouflage tiger in a jungle setting which is a response to the theme of ‘Hidden’. Judges from Baltic, Mima and Urban Giants said the standard was incredibly high but Penny’s work stood out and the decision for her to win was unanimous.
